我国的企业文化有悠久的历史渊源,而比较自觉地有组织有计划地进行企业文化建设,集中地出现在党的十一届三中全会以后,从80年代初开始,我国一些部门和企业为了适应社会主义现代化建设的需要,更好地解决在改革开放和发展社会主义市场经济新形势下面临的新问题,为了加强企业管理和改进思想政治工作,逐步开展起企业文化实践和研究活动。什么是企业文化呢,在我国目前对此尚未形成完全一致的意见。我们分析吸收了各方面的意见,赞成对企业文化作如下解释。企业文化包括企业在长期生产经营中形成的管理思想、管理方式、群体意识和行为规范。具体地说,
