目前对丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)的研究因缺乏有效的体外培养细胞模型而受到限制。鉴于接种物离心后感染单层细胞可缩短病毒检测时间、增加检出率,本文采用此离心技术研究了51例人和非人细胞系对HCV感染的敏感性,以期建立理想的HCV培养细胞系统。
Current research on Hepatitis C virus (HCV) is limited by the lack of an effective in vitro cell culture model. In view of inoculum infected monolayer cells after centrifugation can shorten the detection time of the virus and increase the detection rate, we use this centrifugation technique to study the sensitivity of 51 human and non-human cell lines to HCV infection in order to establish an ideal HCV cell culture system .
