基于铸辗复合成形工艺,以Q235B环坯为研究对象,利用ProCAST软件对其压力成形过程进行数值模拟,研究工艺参数压力、浇注温度、模具温度对其凝固过程的影响规律,并采用正交法对工艺参数进行优化。结果表明,压力对极差值影响最大,其次是浇注温度、模具预热温度。优化后的工艺参数为:压力150 MPa、浇注温度1560℃、模具预热温度350℃。
Based on the casting and rolling compounding process, the Q235B ring blank was taken as the research object, and its pressure forming process was simulated by ProCAST software. The influence of process parameters pressure, pouring temperature and mold temperature on its solidification process was studied. Process parameters are optimized. The results show that the pressure has the greatest impact on the range value, followed by the pouring temperature, mold preheating temperature. Optimized process parameters: pressure 150 MPa, pouring temperature 1560 ℃, mold preheating temperature 350 ℃.
