医药购销领域出现一些外行人难懂的“行话”,这些“行话”反映了医药购销领域许多耐人寻味的怪现象扣率:即折扣率,按照政府部门的定价,药品有批发价和零售价两种。医院信出的药品一般在药品零售价的基础上再加 15%的利润。“扣率”即药品批发价的折扣, 如“30扣率”,即按某种药品批发价的30%供货,即俗话所说的打3折。存实际操作中,医药经销商从医药生产企业拿到的药品价格许多在“20扣率”左右,有的甚至只有几个点的“扣率”。从低得离谱的“扣率”中,可以直观地看出药品价格的水分有多大。
