已知辣椒素(Capsaicin)可耗竭第一级感觉传入区P物质(SP),但对其影响SP的代谢机理尚不清楚。本工作用大鼠(220—250g),腹腔或皮下注射Capsaicin(Cap),观察脑干和脊髓一级威觉传入区及脊神经节中SP,SP(1—7)和SP前体中SP(1—7)的含量。
Capsaicin is known to deplete first-class sensory afferent substance substance (SP), but its metabolic mechanism affecting SP is unclear. In this study, Capsaicin (Cap) was injected intraperitoneally or subcutaneously in rats (220-250g) to observe SP and SP (1-7) and SP (1-7) content.
