目的科学合理设计局部通风除尘系统,提高除尘效果。方法对局部通风除尘系统进行现场调研分析,提出设计方案。对比改造前后通风系统参数、控制风速、粉尘浓度,评价改造效果。结果改造后控制风速提高,达到0.25~3.00 m/s的要求,作业场所空气中粉尘浓度合格率达100.0%。结论科学设计改造后的局部通风除尘系统,在不增加风机功率的条件下,可以有效控制粉尘危害。
Objective Scientific and reasonable design of local ventilation and dust removal system to improve the dust removal effect. Methods On-site investigation and analysis of local ventilation and dust removal system, proposed design. Before and after the transformation of the ventilation system parameters, control the wind speed, dust concentration, evaluate the transformation effect. The results of the control wind speed improved, reaching 0.25 ~ 3.00 m / s requirements, workplace dust concentration in the air pass rate of 100.0%. Conclusion The scientifically designed and modified local ventilation and dust removal system can effectively control the dust hazard without increasing the fan power.
