With the rapid development of computer technology, people’s life and production have put forward higher requirements for information storage. SSDs are widely used in information storage due to their advantages of small size, low energy consumption, light weight, fast read and write speed, The optimization and testing of storage systems have also drawn the attention of people. Based on the theoretical analysis of the solid state drive, this paper uses the related methods to optimize the storage system of the solid state drive. The results show that the optimization method is feasible and the performance of the solid state drive is obviously improved. It can provide a reference for the actual optimization work. SSD solid state drives consist of an array of solid state electronic memory chips, including storage units
