人才是振兴东北老工业基她的决定性因素,大力发展职业教育是全面提高劳动者素质,发展先进生产力的必然要求。根据东北区域经济发展的现状,分析了东北高职教育在振兴东北老工业基地中的作用和制约高等职业教育发展的因素,提出了东北高等职业教育的专业设置、课程建设、产学研等要以区域经济的发展和就业为导向,加大实践训练的力度,这样才能适应东北区域的需求,为东北地区提供高素质的应用型技术人才,推动东北经济的可持续发展。
