目前,有些部门提出了建立雷诺数 Re 在10~7以上、流量在10000m~3/h 以上的大型水流量校验装置的要求。按照传统的水流量标准装置设计方法,囿于建立高精确度稳压源的概念,就必须设计水塔高度达100m 或者稳压容器达500m~3以上的稳压源。这样做无疑耗资甚巨,而且可能是困难的。因而,积极探索高 Re、大流量的流量校验装置的设计方法,无论在技术上或者在经济上都有重要的意义。
