目的研究盐酸克伦特罗对大鼠血清SOD活性、MDA含量及免疫器官的影响。方法每天给大鼠分别经口一次染毒30、15、7.5mg/kg的盐酸克伦特罗,同时设对照组,连续6d,第7d颈动脉取血并处死动物,测定血清中SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)活性、MDA(丙二醛)含量,观察对免疫器官的影响。结果盐酸克伦特罗可使大鼠血清中SOD活性显著降低,MDA含量明显升高,与对照组比较P<0.05或P<0.01,并对胸腺和脾脏产生不同程度的病理损伤。结论盐酸克伦特罗可破坏机体氧化与抗氧化的动态平衡,并损及机体免疫器官的结构和功能。
Objective To study the effect of clenbuterol on serum SOD activity, MDA content and immune organs in rats. Methods Clenbuterol hydrochloride was administered to rats at 30, 15, and 7.5 mg / kg orally once a day. At the same time, rats in the control group were sacrificed on the 6th day and the 7th day respectively, and the animals were sacrificed. Conclusion Clenbuterol can damage the dynamic balance of oxidation and antioxidation and impair the structure and function of immune organs.
