Evelyn Anthony is a contemporary British writer of popular novels, “The Voice of the Wind” is a best-selling adventure novel she published in 1985. The work is based on the excuse of ex-Nazi German war criminal Iransberg being extradited to France for trial. It describes a life-and-death contest of good and evil, commends the heroine Kate’s deep-rooted experience during World War II and adventures alongside the French Resistance, As well as her flirting after the war, actively identifying historical truths and doing justice to comrades in arms, and also lashed out the atrocities committed by German fascists. Stories ups and downs, giving suspense, the unexpected outcome. This article gives a brief introduction to the author and his work, and gives a brief review of The Voice of the Wind.
