生产技术是指同生产制造系统紧密结合,并服务于生产制造系统的技术。它是企业技术系统中最基本的活动之一,具有两个方面的职能:一是为生产系统提供各项技术准备,包括向生产部门提供技术图纸、技术文件以及工艺装备;二是为生产系统提供及时、有效的技术服务,对生产现场随时出现的各类技术问题加以处理解决,以保证生产的正常进行。从科技与经济相结合以使科技长入经济的现实来看,一项技术发明只有通过不断的创新,加入到生产制造过程,成为现实的生产技术,才能实现其社会经济功能,即转变成为现实的生产力。因此,生产技术活动是至关重要的,它是保证企业产品创新与市场创新成功的关键点,也是提高新的技术开发能力、开发和应用尖端技术、实现高新技术产业化的前提条件。
