修订后的《公司法》,体现了我们党加强和改进企业党建工作的基本要求,反映了建立中国特色现代企业制度的内在要求,为企业党组织依法建立、正常运转、有效发挥作用提供了法律保障,对于加强和改进企业党建工作具有重要意义。《公司法》公布后,中央有关部门高度重视宣传贯彻工作。
The amended Company Law reflects the basic requirements of our party in strengthening and improving party building in enterprises and reflects the inherent requirements of establishing a modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics and provides laws for the establishment, normal operation and effective functioning of the party organizations of enterprises in accordance with the law Protection, for strengthening and improving the party building work of great significance. After the promulgation of the Company Law, relevant departments of the Central Government attached great importance to publicity and implementation.
