海上危化品运输系统(MDCTS)属于复杂系统,组织成分间存在差异,并在系统内部产生负效应,进而影响系统安全。为此,基于协同理论研究各子系统间的协同性,利用和谐理论研究各子系统协同相干过程的和谐性,进而阐述运输系统的和谐演化机制,并绘制系统和谐机制图;构建系统和谐性测度模型,提出和谐四边形法则和系统和谐性判据;结合运输系统特点构建和谐指标隶属函数及和谐矩阵,获得系统特定时空下的和谐度值。研究表明,海上危化品运输系统的和谐性与安全密切相关,可以通过剖析系统和谐演化机制,研究和预测运输系统的安全性。
Marine hazardous chemicals transport system (MDCTS) is a complex system, there are differences between the organizational components, and negative effects within the system, thereby affecting system security. Therefore, based on the synergetic theory, the synergies among subsystems are studied, the harmony theory of each subsystem is used to study the harmony of each subsystem's synergy and coherence, then the harmonious evolution mechanism of the transportation system is elaborated and the system's harmonic mechanism chart is drawn. Model, put forward the harmonious quadrilateral law and the criterion of system harmony. Combining with the characteristics of transportation system, construct harmonious index membership function and harmonious matrix to get the harmony degree value under the system specific space-time. The research shows that the harmony and safety of marine hazardous chemicals transport system are closely related, and the safety of the transport system can be studied and predicted by analyzing the mechanism of harmonious evolution of the system.
