目的 了解高血压病 (EH)患者血浆可溶性细胞间粘附分子 1(sICAM 1)和内皮素 (ET)浓度的相关性及培哚普利对其的影响。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)和放射免疫分析法 ,分别对 71例轻、中度高血压患者应用培哚普利治疗前后和正常血压者血浆sICAM 1和ET水平进行检测与比较。结果 EH患者血浆sICAM 1和ET水平明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,且两者之间呈显著正相关 (r =0 .6 4 ,P <0 .0 1) ,经培哚普利治疗 4周后其浓度明显下降 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 EH患者中的sICAM 1水平较正常人明显升高 ,且可能与血浆ET活性相关。培哚普利在降血压的同时能减轻EH患者血sICAM 1和ET浓度 ,减少高血压并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the correlation between plasma soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (sICAM 1) and endothelin (ET) in patients with essential hypertension (EH) and the effect of perindopril on it. Methods ELISA and radioimmunoassay were used to detect and compare the levels of plasma sICAM 1 and ET in 71 patients with mild to moderate hypertension before and after treatment with perindopril. Results The levels of plasma sICAM 1 and ET in EH patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.01), and there was a significant positive correlation between them (r = 0.64, P <0.01) After 4 weeks of perindopril treatment, its concentration was significantly decreased (P <0.01). Conclusion The level of sICAM 1 in EH patients is significantly higher than that in normal people, and may be related to the plasma ET activity. Perindopril can reduce the blood concentration of sICAM 1 and ET in patients with EH and reduce the incidence of hypertension complications.
