中小学教师责任是当今日益突显的问题,教师责任不明或被无限扩大,教师责任履行陷入困境,研究中小学教师责任问题有利于促进教师道德建设、培养学生的责任意识、促进教师专业发展、增进教师的职业幸福。然而,已有文献对中小学教师责任问题的研究比较零散,深度不够,有必要厘清教师责任的概念和内容,比较不同层次、不同类型学校教师责任的差异,制定教师责任标准,同时,处理好教师责任选择、教师责任标准以及教师自由与责任的关系,改善中小学教师责任履行状况,提升其在基础教育中的效应。
