研究了铌酸催化剂的制备方法、晶体结构及反应条件对乙酸和乙醇酯化反应的影响.结果表明,利用直接水洗法制备的铌酸催化剂在一定煅烧温度和反应条件下,表现出良好的催化性能;铌酸催化剂催化性能受煅烧温度影响的原因是铌酸结构中含水量及比表面积随煅烧温度改变而变化,与某些作者所认为的是氧化铌结晶或形成不同的晶态无明显关系.
The effects of preparation methods, crystal structure and reaction conditions on the esterification of acetic acid and ethanol were studied.The results showed that niobium acid catalyst prepared by direct water washing showed good catalytic activity under certain calcination temperature and reaction conditions The reason for the influence of the calcination temperature on the catalytic performance of the niobic acid catalyst is that the water content and the specific surface area of the niobic acid structure vary with the calcination temperature. There is no obvious relationship between the niobium acid catalyst crystallinity and the formation of different crystalline states .
