为开发海洋资源,中国科学院沈阳自动化所研制“HY—1”型遥控潜水器。耐压舱结构是双球式组合球壳,在变厚度的铝合金壳体上开设一个90°张角的大面积丙烯球窗。由于结构几何形状复杂,本文采用有限元法进行应力分析,以校核在水下工作时壳体的强度。计算结果表明:采用不同有限元计算方案所得结果比较符合,应力分布趋势与国外一些实验结果相接近。文中同时讨论了结构的稳定性。最后,对耐压舱结构提出了改进意见。
To develop marine resources, the Shenyang Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences developed the “HY-1” type remotely operated vehicle. The pressure chamber structure is a double-ball type combined ball shell, and a large-area acrylic window with a 90 degree angle is opened on the variable thickness aluminum alloy shell. Due to the complex geometry of the structure, the finite element method was used for stress analysis to check the strength of the shell when working underwater. The calculation results show that the results obtained by using different finite element calculation schemes are more consistent, and the stress distribution trend is close to some experimental results abroad. The stability of the structure is also discussed in the article. Finally, improvements were made to the pressure tank structure.
