通过对１８２８例外伤病案的调查，指出外伤病案书写中存在的常见缺陷，缺陷形成的原因及应注意的问题和意义，提出强化外伤病案质量的首要问题是加强“三基”教育，提高法制意识，同时规范外伤病案书写标准，完善质量控制体系，设立外伤抢救中心，对外伤病人实行“一条龙”服务。 Through the investigation of 1,828 cases of injury and illness, the paper points out the common defects in the writing of trauma cases, the causes of defects, and the issues and significance that should be paid attention to. The first issue that is proposed to strengthen the quality of trauma cases is to strengthen the “three basics” education and improve the legal system. Awareness, at the same time standardize the writing standards for trauma cases, improve the quality control system, establish a trauma rescue center, and implement “one-stop” services for trauma patients.
