前言热压光学玻璃模具是一种要求在高温下有较高的抗氧化性和表面光洁度,并具有较好的机械强度及耐磨性的模具。原用3Cr_2W_8钢经常规淬火后加一次气体气化。由于在高温下容易氧化,影响热压玻璃零件质量。现在我们用渗铬再加热淬火工艺,通过生产实践,获得满意的效果。一、试验方法 1.热压模具的材料和预处理热压模具材料为3Cr_2W_8钢,渗铬前经过预先调质处理,如图1,加热设备用盐浴炉,调质后,硬度为HRC24~30,随后加工到最后尺寸。
Introduction Hot pressing optical glass mold is a requirement of high temperature oxidation resistance and surface finish, and has good mechanical strength and wear resistance of the mold.
