预激综合征(WPW 综合征),司伴发反复发作的多种快速心律失常。本文分析我院1980年元月～1982年6月间住院的预激综合征病人的临床资料,重点讨论伴发 QRS 增宽的快速心律失常诊断,鉴别诊断及治疗体会。临床资料45例中男23例,女22例;年龄在12～71岁。均经心电图证实为预激综合征,其中伴发快速心律失常者16例,每例在停止发作心动过速时,至少有 Wolff-Parkinson’s syndrome (WPW syndrome), the Department of repeated episodes of a variety of tachyarrhythmias.
