与许多老同志相比,我还是文秘战线的一名新兵。编辑部的同志要我谈谈在秘书岗位上锻炼提高的体会,虽感为难,但作为相互交流,仍愿意把自己的一些体会讲出来,以求得各位同行的指教。在实践中学习两种业务 1980年,组织调我到衡水地区行署办公室工作,主要任务是掌握文教、科技方面的情况,起草这方面的有关文稿。对于文字工作,我是有感情的。1972年高中毕业后,我在公社当过资料员,经常起草一些讲话、文件和经验材料。两年后,到大学中文系学习了三年,毕业后,分配到新闻单位当了三年编辑、记者。然而,各行有各行的特点。记得第一次为领导同志起草在教育会议上的讲稿时,返工几次还过不了关。不是情况分析不透、措施针对性不强,就是术语不对、外行话多。在一次次修改的过程中,使我悟出了一个道理:虽然自己上了十几年学,但并不等于熟悉了教育管理学。对教育战线的情况不熟悉,对教育业务不了
