本文基于文献与实体工程研究,通过环境分区及各构件的主要作用,对跨海大桥主要构件进行耐久性方案设计研究。利用混凝土结构耐久性设计理论,在全寿命分析的基础上综合考虑其他防腐蚀附加措施,同时对工程混凝土结构和施工耐久性进行探讨,为跨海大桥工程决策提供参考。本文最终确定以高性能混凝土作为跨海大桥工程的基本耐久性措施,并研究确定不同腐蚀环境等级下高性能混凝土的耐久性技术;对处于腐蚀环境相对恶劣的混凝土结构,使其达到100年的服役寿命。
Based on the literature and physical engineering research, this paper studies the durability design of the main components of the bridge across the sea through environmental zoning and the main role of each component. Taking advantage of durability design theory of concrete structure, other measures of anti-corrosion are comprehensively considered on the basis of life-cycle analysis. Meanwhile, the durability of the concrete structure and construction of the project are discussed, which can provide reference for the decision-making of the project. This paper finally determines the basic durability measures of high performance concrete as a bridge project and studies the durability of high performance concrete under different levels of corrosive environment. Service life.
