自从党的十六大提出“坚持以信息化带动工业化,以工业化促进信息化,走出一条科技含量高、经济效益好、资源消耗低、环境污染少、人力资源优势得到充分发挥的新型工业化路子”的科学论断以来,学术界对于“新型工业化道路”这一重大理论问题便给予了极大地关注。尽管如此,但是,其中仍然还有许多重大理论和实践问题需要从理论上给予深化。有鉴于此,这里将有关问题给予综述,希望能够引起大家的重视。 Since the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has put forward the principle of “driving industrialization by means of informationization, promoting informatization by means of industrialization, stepping out of a new type of industrialized road with high technology content, good economic returns, low resource consumption, less environmental pollution and giving full play to human resources advantages ”, The academic community has given great attention to the major theoretical issue of “ new road to industrialization ”.
