技能人才奇缺,四千多万从业人员中,高级技工、技师仅有十万人,还不到千分之三广东省3600万从业人员中,高级技工、技师仅有10.9万人,还不到千分之三;广东省制鞋行业250万从业人员中,居然难觅1名鞋业技师……在“全国高级技能人才培养与使用研讨会”上,我国高级技工人才奇缺的现象引发了来自全国各地劳动部门、企业与技校共130多名代表的反思和探讨。年薪16万请不到高级技工保障部培训就业司副司长刘康在会上认为,目前高级技能人才成为劳动力市场极度稀缺资源,随着市场经济的发展,高级人才的培养与使用已经显得迫不及待。

At the meeting, Liu Kang said that currently high-level skilled personnel have become an extremely scarce resource in the labor market. With the development of the market economy, the training and use of senior personnel has become imperious. .
