为调查分析手机图书馆短信相关服务的实际应用效果,选取启用手机图书馆“短信服务平台”的短信通知服务和短信续借服务的215位有效读者的借阅信息作为研究样本,借助单纯判断和SPSS统计分析的方法,详细分析研究样本在启用手机短信服务前后的图书借阅总数、逾期次数、逾期罚款总金额、每次罚款金额和逾期比率等统计比较指标,并给出研究结论:手机短信服务在一定程度上降低了图书的逾期概率,减少了逾期罚款额度,提升了图书馆服务品质,提高了读者的借阅需求。
In order to investigate and analyze the actual application effect of SMS related services in mobile phone library, we selected the borrowing information of 215 valid readers who enabled SMS service and SMS renewal service of mobile phone library “SMS Service Platform ” as the research sample, And SPSS statistical analysis methods, a detailed analysis of the sample before and after the opening of mobile phone text messaging services such as the total number of book loans, overdue, the total amount of overdue fines, the amount of each fine and overdue ratio statistics and other indicators, and gives the conclusions: SMS Services to a certain extent, reduce the probability of overdue books, reducing the amount of overdue fines, improve the quality of library services and improve the reader’s borrowing needs.
