随着广西北部湾经济区开发建设的不断深入,以及国内旅游业的飞速发展,对各类人才,尤其是对于酒店管理英语人才的需求也日益增大。本文是在北部湾经济区背景下,针对北部湾区域内各高职院校酒店管理英语人才培养现状,探究了如何进一步培养和提高酒店管理和服务人才的职业能力和语言能力等,提出了创造适合新时代的课程教学结构和模式,旨在推进酒店英语教学的全方位质量,提高学生的酒店英语服务技能,增强他们的职业竞争力,实现上岗实训“零距离”.对提升新一代酒店人的职业素养具有重大的现实意义。
With the deepening of the development and construction of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and the rapid development of the domestic tourism industry, the demand for all kinds of talents, especially for hotel management English talents, is also growing.
