随着新一轮基础教育课程改革的实施,新的数学课程理念,新的数学教材以及新的数学课堂评价观等,都强烈地冲击着现行的数学课堂教学。在数学课堂教学过程中,教师只有转变教学行为,才会有课堂教学方式的转变,否则只能是“穿新鞋走老路”。在新课标理念下,为了实现教与学的有效性,有必要对数学课堂教学引起重视。为此,本文从课堂提问、课堂指导、创新能力培养三个方面进行探讨,以期抛砖引玉。
