随着我国建设市场状况的下滑,施工企业必须对建筑施工管理进行创新,在施工管理中积极推行绿色环保理念。有效的施工管理是建筑工程项目顺利实施的保证,并在此基础上发展了绿色建筑施工管理。对建筑施工管理及绿色建筑的施工管理进行研究对促进建筑业的可持续发展起到很大的作用。鉴于此,本文首先对建筑施工管理进行了详细的分析,并在此基础上,结合绿色建筑要求对绿色建筑施工管理进行深入的研究。
As the construction market in our country declines, construction enterprises must make innovations in construction management and actively promote the concept of green environmental protection in construction management. Effective construction management is the guarantee of smooth implementation of construction projects, and on this basis, the development of green building construction management. Research on construction management and construction management of green building plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development of construction industry. In view of this, this paper first analyzes the construction management in detail and, on the basis of this, makes a deep research on the green building construction management with the requirements of green building.
