宝钢一号高炉余热回收工程,自去年11月投入试运行以来,今年上半年已节约焦炉煤气1100万米~3,价值165万元。这是继法国敦刻尔克高炉之后,世界上第2座4000米~3以上特大型高炉成功地采用水热媒方式回收余热。宝钢一号高炉余热回收工程设计每小时节约焦炉煤气3000~4000米~3,目前已达到设计要求。它投入使用后,每年可获净利470万元。余热回收工程投资1000万元,只需两年多即可收回。
