近年来,宁波市基层综合服务管理取得了良好的成效。针对城乡基层社会发生的显著变化,应以问题为导向,以“强基、治源、聚力、惠民”为主线,推进基层社会服务管理工作平台规范化建设、建立健全城乡新型社区治理机制、深化“网格化管理、组团式服务”工作,共建共享社会治理信息平台,进一步夯实平安建设基层基础。
