本文采用64例上下颌骨不同类型骨折随机分为2组,分别在伤后6h~8h内和24h~48h之后配合高压氧治疗。同时选择相似骨折病例进行对照观察。结果证实:经高压氧早期配合治疗者,骨折断端骨痂形成早、愈合快。高压氧治疗在24h以后者骨折愈合比早期有明显差异。高压氧促使骨折早期愈合的原因,可能与高压氧能及时提高局部氧分压,促使血液循环的早期建立;促使成纤维细胞的胶原纤维合成等使骨折早期愈合有关。
In this paper, 64 cases of different types of fractures of the upper and lower jaw were randomly divided into two groups, respectively, within 6h ~ 8h after injury and 24h ~ 48h after treatment with hyperbaric oxygen. At the same time select the similar fracture cases for control observation. The results confirmed: early hyperbaric oxygen treatment, fractured callus early fracture formation, healing fast. Hyperbaric oxygen treatment in fracture healing 24 h later than the early significant difference. Hyperbaric oxygen to promote the early healing of fractures, may be associated with hyperbaric oxygen in time to improve the partial pressure of oxygen, prompting the early establishment of blood circulation; to promote fibroblast collagen synthesis and so early fracture healing.
