目的:探讨采用微透析取样技术实现皮肤局部青藤碱浓度动态测定的可行性和优越性。方法:以大鼠为研究对象,分别进行经皮及腹腔注射给药,采用微透析技术取样,高效液相色谱法分析,测定皮肤局部青藤碱浓度的动态变化。结果:在现有检测条件下,经皮给药后,皮肤局部药物浓度难以检测,而腹腔注射给药后,皮肤局部药物浓度的变化呈现相应的变化趋势。结论:微透析取样技术可以实现皮肤局部药物浓度的动态测定,与传统的皮肤药物浓度测定方法相比,具有明显的优势。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility and superiority of dynamic sinomenine concentration determination in skin using microdialysis sampling technology. METHODS: Rats were used as subjects for transdermal and intraperitoneal injections. Samples were taken by microdialysis and analyzed by HPLC to determine the dynamic changes of sinomenine concentration in the skin. RESULTS: Under the existing detection conditions, the local drug concentration of the skin was difficult to detect after transdermal drug administration. After intraperitoneal injection, the local drug concentration changes showed a corresponding trend. Conclusion: The microdialysis sampling technique can realize the dynamic determination of the local drug concentration of the skin. Compared with the traditional skin drug concentration determination method, it has obvious advantages.
