为探讨焦炉逸散物及高温对作业工人血浆HSP70抗体滴度及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)的影响,运用酶联免疫吸附鉴定法检测了85名焦炉工和73名非焦炉工血浆HSP70抗体滴度和TNF-α的含量。结果显示,焦炉工有51人出现1:10抗体阳性,21人出现1:20抗体阳性,分别占60%、28.2%;非焦炉工有23人出现1:10抗体阳性,11人出现1:20抗体阳性,分别占31.5%、15.1%,两组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。TNF的含量焦炉组明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结果表明,焦炉逸散物和高温可导致机体受损、免疫功能发生紊乱。
To investigate the effects of coke oven fume and high temperature on plasma HSP70 antibody titers and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in workers, 85 coke oven workers and 73 non-coke oven workers were tested for HSP70 by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay Antibody titer and TNF-α content.
