利用挖掘机性能分析软件EXCA(R13.0)对300 t级大型履带式反铲液压挖掘机进行参数确定和挖掘性能分析,利用Pro/E进行三维建模,并利用EXCA(R13.0)铰接点受力分析模块获得危险工况下工作装置的各铰接点受力情况,在此基础上利用ANSYS对动臂和斗杆进行有限元强度和刚度分析,得到危险工况下动臂和斗杆的应力、变形云图,其分析结果可为大型液压挖掘机新产品的研发和结构改进提供依据。
