本文指出运行中的HK40转化炉管出现罕见的螺旋状穿透裂纹破坏的根本原因 是由于离心烧注钢液温度过低.造成钢中存在着大量螺旋状分布的夹杂物所引起的;并用近代金相技术分析证实了此类夹杂物是纲在熔炼时的产物:一是硅酸盐类,二是 铬的氧化物及铁铬复合氧化物。
This paper points out that the fundamental reason of the rare helical penetration cracking in the running HK40 converter tube is due to the low temperature of the centrifugal liquid steel. Resulting in the existence of a large number of helical steel inclusions caused by; and the use of modern metallurgical analysis confirmed that these inclusions Gang is the outline of the product in the smelting: First, silicate, the second is the chromium oxide and Iron chromium composite oxide.
