流通部是图书馆服务的重要窗口,是联系图书馆和读者的桥梁与媒介,是图书馆工作质量和服务效果的直接体现。文章分析了高校图书馆流通部读者服务过程中存在的问题,并提出了为了提高流通部的工作效率和服务质量应对馆员进行一流培训和全员教育、优化图书馆专用基础设备、与学生加强沟通、树立全心全意为读者服务的思想等一系列图书馆读者服务工作的举措。
Circulation department is an important window of library service, it is the bridge and medium that connects library and reader, and it is the direct manifestation of library work quality and service effect. The article analyzes the existing problems in the process of reader service of circulation department of university library and puts forward that in order to improve the work efficiency and service quality of circulation department, it is necessary to train the librarians first-classly and educate all staff, optimize the special equipment for library and reinforce the students’ Communication, establish a service wholeheartedly for the readers thinking of a series of library reader service initiatives.
