湖北省近几年经济犯罪发案的主要特点经济犯罪案件仍处于高发期,其侵害的领域不断扩大,表现形式日益复杂 1998年至2002年,湖北省经济犯罪案件的立案数分别是2696、2807、3843、4352、3430起,增量分别是111、1036、509、-922起。经过整顿和规范市场经济秩序专项行动和重点整治,2002年经济犯罪案件有了一定程度的下降,但由于经济犯罪所具有的隐蔽性特点和主客观因素对经济犯罪案件立案的影响,其立案数低于实际发案数。所以目前经济犯罪形势仍然相当严峻。 1998-2002年湖北省发生的属经侦部门管辖的经济犯罪案件种类逐年增多,涉及的罪名1998年为30个,到2002年已增为62个。经济犯罪类型也出现了多元组合的发展趋势,在同一宗犯罪或系列犯罪中,可能交叉了两个以上的经济犯罪类型,有的犯罪嫌疑人同时涉嫌几个罪名,侦查取证难度加大。
