目的:评价运用中药治本止咳糖浆与卡介苗素结合治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染的效果。方法:治疗组76例,发作期使用中药治本止咳糖浆为主的治疗,缓解期注射卡介苗素;对照组30例,使用常规西药对症治疗。比较两组疗效。结果:随访2年,治疗组有效率为93.4%,对照组为63.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中药治本止咳糖浆与卡介苗素结合治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染的方法,对控制病情以及防止反复发作具有较好的作用,值得推广。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of using traditional Chinese medicine in treating cough syrup and BCG in treating recurrent respiratory tract infections in children. Methods: The treatment group of 76 cases, the use of Chinese medicine cough syrup-based treatment, remission of BCG injection; control group of 30 cases, the use of conventional Western medicine symptomatic treatment. Compare the two groups curative effect. Results: After 2 years follow-up, the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.4% and that of the control group was 63.3%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: The Chinese medicine cough syrup combined with BCG treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infections in children with methods to control the disease and prevent recurrent have a better role, it is worth promoting.
