目的:探讨双骨三子胶囊联合补肾健骨胶囊治疗骨质疏松性骨折的临床疗效及对碱性磷酸酶(ALP),骨钙素(BGP)和骨形态发生蛋白(BMP-2)的影响。方法:将118例患者随机按住院前后顺序分为对照组58例和观察组60例。对照组采用碳酸钙D3咀嚼片,0.6 g·d-1,女性绝经患者加用阿仑膦酸钠片,10 mg·d-1。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加服双骨三子胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d,和补肾健骨胶囊,4粒/次,3次/d,口服。两组疗程均为6个月。记录骨折愈合时间和骨痂生长情况;评价治疗前后腰背部疼痛情况,测量治疗前后股骨颈的骨密度,检测治疗前后血清ALP,BGP和BMP-2水平。结果:经Ridit分析,观察组临床骨折愈合疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组股骨颈的骨密度高于对照组(P<0.01),腰背部疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后2月观察组骨痂生长情况评分高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组平均骨折愈合时间为(10.4±2.2)周,短于对照组的(13.2±2.6)周(P<0.01);治疗后观察组血清ALP水平低于对照组(P<0.01),BGP和BMP-2水平高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:补肾健骨胶囊联合双骨三子胶囊治疗骨质疏松性骨折能促进骨折的愈合,缩短骨折愈合时间,增加骨密度,减轻疼痛,并能调节患者ALP,BGP,BMP-2水平。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of Shuangoganyanzi capsule combined with Bushenjiangyu capsule on osteoporotic fracture and its effect on alkaline phosphatase (ALP), osteocalcin (BGP) and bone morphogenetic protein (BMP-2) . Methods: 118 patients were randomly divided into control group (58 cases) and observation group (60 cases). The control group received calcium carbonate D3 chewable tablets, 0.6 g · d-1, and the female patients were treated with alendronate sodium tablets, 10 mg · d-1. On the basis of the treatment of the control group, the observation group was given Shuanggushi Sanzi capsule, 3 capsules / time, 3 times / d, and Bushen Jiangu capsule, 4 capsules / time, 3 times / d orally. Two courses of treatment are 6 months. The fracture healing time and the growth of callus were recorded. The pain of lower back and back before and after treatment was evaluated. The bone mineral density of femoral neck was measured before and after treatment. The levels of serum ALP, BGP and BMP-2 were measured before and after treatment. Results: Ridit analysis showed that the clinical curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the bone mineral density of the femoral neck was higher in the observation group than in the control group (P <0.01) (P <0.01). The score of callus growth in the observation group was higher than that in the control group in February (P <0.01). The mean fracture healing time in the observation group was (10.4 ± 2.2) weeks, shorter than that in the control group (13.2 ± 2.6 ) Weeks (P <0.01). After treatment, serum ALP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.01), BGP and BMP-2 levels were higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Bushenjiangyu capsule combined with Shuangogan Sanzi Capsule in the treatment of osteoporotic fractures can promote fracture healing, shorten fracture healing time, increase bone mineral density, relieve pain, and regulate ALP, BGP and BMP-2 levels in patients.
