多方位立体双向搅拌桩(MMP桩)是一种改进的水泥搅拌桩地基处理方法。为了研究该工法成桩过程中既有线路地基超孔隙水压力变化,使用有限元软件ABAQUS,建立三维有限元模型,采用Biot固结理论和修正剑桥模型以及现场土性参数试验值,模拟上海近郊某铁路路基加固工程中MMP桩成桩过程,计算得到了成桩过程的超孔压的增长及消散情况以及侧向土压力变化情况。将数值模拟结果与现场实测结果对比,两者变化趋势基本一致,吻合得比较好。
Multi-dimensional three-dimensional mixing pile (MMP pile) is an improved method of cement mixing pile foundation treatment. In order to study the change of excess pore water pressure of existing foundation in the process of pile formation, the finite element software ABAQUS was used to establish the three-dimensional finite element model. The Biot consolidation theory, the modified Cambridge model and the soil test parameters were used to simulate the suburb The process of pile penetration in a subgrade of a certain railway, the growth and dissipation of excess pore pressure and the change of lateral soil pressure are calculated. Comparing the numerical simulation results with the field measurement results, the trend of the two is basically the same, and the agreement is better.
