以五味子醇甲、五味子酯甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素和五味子丙素为研究指标,以高效液相色谱作为检测方法,在考察不同类型大孔吸附树脂吸附和解析性能的基础上,对最佳树脂静态纯化北五味子木脂素的工艺进行探索。结果表明:AB-8大孔吸附树脂纯化效果最佳,最佳吸附条件为:提取液pH值为6.6,5种木脂素总浓度为161.815mg/L,1g大孔吸附树脂加入150mL提取液,于55℃振荡吸附10h;最佳解析条件为:以无水乙醇为解析剂,在65℃下解析8h;在此条件下,5种木脂素的总含量由粗体物浸膏中的0.98%上升到5.86%。该方法为工业化大量生产北五味子木脂素提供了理论依据和数据支撑。
