采用有机溶剂法提取落叶松多酚,分别考察温度、乙醇浓度、料液比、超声时间对树皮及球果多酚提取效果的影响。在此基础上,以落叶松树皮为原料设计L9(34)正交实验优化提取工艺,并研究了在最佳条件下该提取物的抗氧化活性。结果表明:落叶松树皮多酚提取工艺的最佳条件为温度55℃、乙醇浓度50%、料液比1:40、超声时间20 min,在此条件下多酚提取量达到115.86 mg/g。抗氧化活性方面,落叶松树皮多酚对DPPH自由基、羟基自由基和超氧阴离子作用均有较好的清除作用。
The extraction of larch polyphenols by organic solvent method was used to investigate the effects of temperature, ethanol concentration, solid-to-liquid ratio and sonication time on the extraction of polyphenol from bark and cones. On this basis, L9 (34) orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the extraction process with larch bark as the raw material, and the antioxidant activity of the extract under the optimal conditions was studied. The results showed that the extraction conditions of polyphenol were as follows: the temperature was 55 ℃, the concentration of ethanol was 50%, the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:40 and the ultrasonic time was 20 min. Under these conditions, the extraction yield of polyphenols reached 115.86 mg / g. Antioxidant activity, larch bark polyphenols on DPPH free radicals, hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anion have a good scavenging effect.
