本文就企业市场价值内涵、体现作了总结和说明,在明确企业市场价值内涵的基础上,主要对比介绍了评估企业市场价值的两种方法——市场法和无形资产价值评估倍率法。本文进一步运用市场法评估了平安银行的市场价值,展示了企业市场价值评估方法的运用。
Based on the definition of the connotation of the market value of the enterprise, this paper mainly introduces two methods to evaluate the market value of the enterprise - the market method and the intangible asset value magnification method. This article further uses the market method to evaluate the market value of Ping An Bank and demonstrates the application of the method of enterprise market value evaluation.
