针对水泥稳定碎石基层与沥青面层之间的层间结合问题,采用“选择性渗透”理念,开发一种兼具渗透性能和层间结合性能的高粘结性透层油。通过添加渗透剂和溶剂提高其渗透性能,添加增粘剂提高其层间结合性能。采用5d储存稳定性和荧光显微镜颗粒分析评价乳化沥青的稳定性能,并将研制出的高粘结性透层油与普通乳化沥青、煤油稀释沥青对比,进行了渗透试验、层间剪切试验、拉拔试验和抗冲刷试验。研究结果表明:该高粘结性透层油具有良好的稳定性,其渗透深度远大于普通乳化沥青;抗剪切强度和抗拉拔强度均显著高于煤油稀释沥青,抗冲刷性能也远大于普通乳化沥青和煤油稀释沥青。最后,结合实际工程,制定了改性-乳化-混合的高粘结透层油的生产工艺及相应的施工工艺和质量控制技术。
Aimed at the problem of interlayer bonding between cement stabilized macadam base and asphalt surface layer, the concept of “selective infiltration” was adopted to develop a highly cohesive layer of oil with both permeability and interlayer bonding properties. By adding penetrants and solvents to improve its permeability, adding tackifier to improve its interlayer bonding properties. The stability of emulsified asphalt was evaluated by 5d storage stability and fluorescence microscope particle analysis. The permeability of the emulsified asphalt was compared with that of common emulsified asphalt and kerosene. The permeability test, interlaminar shear test, Pull test and anti-erosion test. The results show that the high adhesion of the permeability of the oil layer has good stability, and its penetration depth is much larger than ordinary emulsified asphalt; shear strength and tensile strength were significantly higher than kerosene diluted asphalt, anti-erosion performance is much greater than Ordinary emulsified asphalt and kerosene diluted asphalt. Finally, combined with the actual project, developed a modified - emulsified - mixed high permeability cohesion oil production process and the corresponding construction technology and quality control technology.
