在杭州我做了10多年的房地产开发,踏看过无数地块,从没有遇到过这样让我激动的土地!那树木、那河流、那山峦、那空气,那距城市很近但却远离城市喧嚣的感觉、那连接西湖、西溪两大景区的地块条件,具备了做优质高档楼盘的一切条件。而且我想,在杭州市区,如此大的地块已不大会再有。如果我们不能从设计、工程、物业等等方面做好我们的工作,我们是对不起这决土地的!
