现行统计制度规定,城镇私人建房统计资料由各地城建部门提供,统计部门依据他们的资料汇总上报.然而在近几年的工作实践中这一规定没有得到较好的贯彻执行,资料来源各行其是,有的从土地管理部门取得,有的到房屋清理部门搜集,只有少数地方利用城建部门的资料.由于资料来源不一,严重地影响了城镇私人建房统计的数字质量.因此,我们必须对这些不同渠道的资料进行分析,相互验证比较,从中选择较为可靠的资料来源,以保障城镇私人建房统计数字的质量.
