扑板式止逆阀过早损坏多发生在汽水管道系统上 ,是造成其它汽轮机事故的主要诱导原因 ,通常不是由于止逆阀设计不当或错误所致 ,其主要原因之一是上游扰动源对止逆阀性能影响的机理认识不足或对常规汽水管道设计原则的忽视 ,甚至无视某些简易的规定。至今 ,尚没有外界干扰因素对扑板式止逆阀工作性能的影响作过深入系统、全面、定量的研究。对外界干扰对扑板式止逆阀稳定性的影响因素进行了分析。
