在兰炭排料过程中,利用余热回收型螺旋输送机实现其余热回收已经成为研究热点,揭示螺旋输送机内部颗粒的流动特性对于提升余热回收效率具有重要意义。基于离散单元法,构建了螺旋输送机的计算模型,研究了其内部颗粒的流动特性。结果表明:料斗的有效入料区域较集中;颗粒运动速度沿输送机轴向分布均匀;螺旋输送机具有良好的颗粒混合特性。
In the blue carbon discharge process, the use of waste heat recovery screw conveyor to achieve the remaining heat recovery has become a research focus, revealing the screw conveyor internal particle flow characteristics for enhancing the efficiency of waste heat recovery is of great significance. Based on the discrete element method, a calculation model of the screw conveyor is constructed and the flow characteristics of the internal particles are studied. The results show that: the effective feeding area of the hopper is more concentrated; the particle moving speed is evenly distributed along the axial direction of the conveyor; and the screw conveyor has good particle mixing characteristics.
