“大数据”是从2011年下半年起,受到商界、学界、业界广泛关注的一个话题。除了海量(Volume)、多样(Variety)与快速(Velocity)三个特点外,大数据时代将对人们生存的信息环境产生更为深刻的改变。大数据与技术环境的互动不只体现在技术方面,也体现在包括商业、法律、社会规范等人类生活的方方面面。本文试图以宏观的视角,从信息生产的廉价与泛在、信息生产的民主化、信息的数字化、非主动干预的信息生产、信息量巨大、信息反馈丰富及时、信息具备外部性七个方面阐述大数据时代人们所处的信息环境发生的根本性变化。
